The staff went above and beyond, making our early check-in and breakfast experience memorable. The hotel, though located in a slightly rough area, offered clean, modern rooms and comfortable beds. However, the limited breakfast and construction noise were drawbacks.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, the cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the location near Metro stations made getting around a breeze. I really appreciated the opportunity to unwind with a refreshing cold beverage in the lobby and a quick dip in the pool, which was a nice touch after a day of exploring the city. The only downside was the occasional noise from outside, but overall, it didn't put a damper on my enjoyable stay! 🌇

The staff were polite and courteous and the location was favourable very near subway stations. Also, I visited Sculpturecenter.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, brand-new room, cozy, savoury breakfast. The room was well priced. Perfect location minutes from dutch kills. Moreover, it was easy to park on-site.

Excellent location and spacious room for a comfortable stay in the city. the check-in process was smooth and the room was very clean with a good shower. the nearby subway stations and supermarket made it convenient for exploring the city and the in-room coffee machine was a nice bonus. On the downside, the breakfast offerings were quite limited and could be improved for a better overall experience.

The spacious guest suites furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for the living area during the day and an extra bed at night made me feel like I was staying in my very own mini Manhattan apartment. It was lovely to have this cozy space to come back to after a day of exploring the city.

The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place. My week-long business trip was made comfortable with spacious, air-conditioned rooms. The staff were warm and friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a coffee machine, plenty of plug sockets, and drawers for clothes. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Astoria. There were lots of things to do in the surrounding area, including art, food, sights, parks. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was modern and clean, and the price was great for its perfect location.

The hotel is very close to the Queen's Plaza subway and there are plenty of metro stations within walking distance. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-stocked with all the essentials we needed. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the breakfast, and it had a good variety of choices.
